 Draft Scout Jessamen Dunker News
03/17/17 - Tennessee State football held its annual Pro Day on Friday morning at the Indoor Football Facility in front of representatives from 23 NFL organizations and one CFL team. The onlookers included Titans head coach Mike Mularkey, as well as general managers Jon Robinson (Titans) and Jerry Reese (NY Giants). Ten former Tigers showed off their abilities in numerous facets, including strength, speed, agility and positional skills. Offensive lineman Jessamen Dunker and cornerback Ezra Robinson each participated in the Tigers event, fresh off their appearances at the NFL Combine in Indianapolis, Ind. two weeks ago. Dunker ran the three-cone drill and the short shuttle (20-yard) on Friday; two skills he did not complete at the combine. The 6-4, 318 pound lineman finished in 7.88 and 4.9 seconds, respectively. Both times were competitive with times set by lineman at the combine. - Tennessee State football
03/17/17 - Tennessee State Pro Day: OG Jessamen Dunker, Tennessee State: Dunker, a Florida transfer and Senior Bowl participant, stood on his Combine numbers, which included a 4.98 second time in the 40-yard dash, 28.5-inch vertical and nine-foot broad jump. He was put through positional drills by Russ Grimm, the Titans' offensive line coach. - Rob Rang, NFLDraftScout.com
11/24/16 - 2016 ALL-OHIO VALLEY FIRST-TEAM (COACHES): OT - Jessamen Dunker, Tennessee State...Jessamen Dunker and Kevin Kenton anchored the offensive line for the top scoring team in the OVC, which averaged 32.3 points per game. The two seniors powered an offense that generated 415.1 yards per game and topped the OVC at 6.6 yards per play. The front five allowed the least amount of sacks in the OVC (14). Dunker, a second team All-OVC selection a year ago, played in 11 games, starting 10, while Kenton started all 11 contests. Dunker has accepted an invitation to play in the Reese’s Senior Bowl. - Tennessee State Football
01/15/16 - 2015 ALL-OHIO VALLEY CONFERENCE SECOND-TEAM (COACHES): OG - Jessamen Dunker, Tennessee State...Dunker played in all ten games this season on the front line for the Tigers. The Boynton Beach, Fla. product anchored a line that rushed for over 1,200 yards, averaged just over a sack per game and finished fifth in the nation in time of possession at 33:55. - Tennessee State Football
05/05/13 - Florida guard Jessamen Dunker, suspended since allegedly stealing a scooter in January, has decided to transfer. Coach Will Muschamp made the announcement Wednesday, saying Dunker ''felt like he needed a fresh start.'' Dunker, a redshirt freshman from Boynton Beach, was one of the top offensive line recruits in the country when he signed with the Gators in 2012. But he didn't play as a freshman and then found himself in trouble shortly after the season.

He was arrested Jan. 16, charged with grand theft and suspended. Dunker's attorney says his client didn't know the scooter was stolen. The case is pending. Muschamp says he supports Dunker's decision: ''Obviously he's got some pretty well-documented, off-the-field issues, and we talked about it and he felt like he needed a fresh start.'' - AP Sports
