  Draft Scout by Conference

  08/24/20 - C Bryce HarrisrSr/2022, Toledo

Harris has matured a lot as a football player since he last hit the field in 2018. He said he used to view his college football career simply as a vehicle to get him to realize his NFL dreams. Now in his sixth season at Toledo, he wants to take some more time to savor the experience. "The last couple seasons, I was in it for a completely different reason," Harris said. "At the root of it, I always loved football, and I've always been in love with the game. Now I think it's a lot deeper than that. Before in 2018 when I played I was truly only focused on the NFL. I wanted to leave my mark at Toledo so I could better myself for the NFL to prove to everyone in my entire football career that I can make it. Now it's less of a focus on that and a lot more focused on the experience - being around the team, learning the actual game from my coaches, and my relationships. "It's really about the full experience for me now. I'm more interested in how I can affect and build relationships with the entire staff and community of Toledo football." - Toledo Blade
