2019 AFCA FCS COACHES' FIRST TEAM ALL-AMERICAN: WR Michael Bandy, Sr., San Diego,...A product of La Mirada, Calif., Bandy finished the regular season among the nation's top receivers in every major category. He was top-10 in receiving touchdowns (eighth) and receiving yards (10th) while his 103.6 receiving yards per game were not only sixth-best in the FCS but also made him one of only eight receivers to average more than 100 yards per regular season contest. Bandy completed the entire season with 1,152 receiving yards on 75 catches, making him the first Torero in program history to have back-to-back 75+ catch seasons as well as consecutive 1,100+ receiving yard campaigns. He also had 12 receiving touchdowns and 1,304 all-purpose yards. For his entire career, Bandy had 192 catches, 3,294 receiving yards and 28 receiving touchdowns.
