 Jacobi Lott, Kansas, Player News

  04/26/21 - OG Jacobi LottrJr/2023, Kansas, 6-3, 324 (DS#999 OG) + More +

Although the surge of Kansas football players entering the transfer portal this offseason had died down, the Jayhawks lost another former starter on Friday when offensive lineman Jacobi Lott put his name in the portal, per reports from both 247 Sports and Rivals. Lott, who would have been a junior with the Jayhawks in 2021, came back to the program prior to the start of spring practices after opting out late in the 2020 season. However, the guard from Amarillo, Texas, had a short-lived return. A starter at left guard in each of KU's first seven games this past fall, Lott, listed most recently at 6-foot-4 and 324 pounds, opted out in late November, missing the final two games of the Jayhawks' 0-9 season. - Lawrence Journal World
