Auburn's running back room has incurred its second loss of the offseason, as veteran reserve Malik Miller won't be returning to the team for his redshirt-senior season, a source confirmed to AL.com. A former three-star prospect out of Madison Academy, wh ere he starred in the backfield alongside Kerryon Johnson in high school, Miller appeared in 34 games over the last four seasons while being used primarily in a niche role out of the backfield and as the Tigers' third-down back. He finished his Auburn ca reer with 81 carries for 314 yards and five rushing touchdowns. He also totaled 20 receptions for 217 yards, added a receiving score in 2018 and a touchdown on a recovered blocked punt in 2017. It is unclear if Miller plans to seek a grad transfer opport unity, and his name is not currently in the transfer portal, according to a source. - Birmingham News
